Beth is a junior from Washington, DC majoring in International Area Studies and African and African-American Studies. As a student at WashU, Beth became aware of how easy it is to be ignorant and idealize the spaces we inhabit while forgetting to recognize the trouble others have to go through to provide us our comfort. She joined Chimes to make WashU a more accessible place through service and programming and foster meaningful relationships. Asides from Chimes, she is a Resident Advisor and a member of the First Year Center Executive Board. She enjoys listening to music and taking naps. Fun fact: she once slept for 20 hours straight and is trying to break her record.
